Virginia Hunt

Virginia Hunt is the Interim University Archivist & Associate University Archivist for Collection Development and Records Management Services at Harvard University Archives. Virginia has over 25 years of experience in leadership and management of special collections, archives, museums, and records management programs. Skilled in strategic and results-based planning, collection development and curation, educational programming, teaching and outreach with archival collections and the archives field, developing digital collections and web archives. She has a Masters of Information and Library Science with an Archives Concentration from Simmons College, and a Master of Liberal Arts in Extension Studies focused in Museum Studies from Harvard University.
