The Blueprint
Welcome to the Project STAND Blueprint Podcast – a platform dedicated to amplifying the voices and stories of historically marginalized student organizers. Project STAND is a dynamic community of archivists, memory workers, student organizers, and independent scholars committed to a movement that centers the voices of student activists often left out of traditional narratives.
Rooted in a reparative archival praxis, we work to create inclusive spaces that celebrate the contributions of BIPOC and LGBTQ student organizers while promoting the ethical documentation of entire movements and the people behind them. Guided by the Black organizing tradition as a touchstone, we honor its profound influence on social movements across oppressed communities while recognizing the unique nuances and lived experiences of each group. Though our paths may differ, we are all united in the same quest for liberation.
In this podcast, we’ll explore how student organizers, educators, archivists, technologists, and allies work together to ethically document the stories of underrepresented populations, fostering accountability, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Whether it’s amplifying past movements or supporting today’s organizers, we’re here to build sustainable relationships and inspire change.
So, join us as we dive into the powerful world of activism, education, and archival storytelling. This is THE BLUEPRINT PODCAST.
